How can I get from the airport to the Sheraton Grand Phoenix?

Key2Act has negotiated discounted rates for shuttle service between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and the Sheraton Grand Phoenix. Desert Coach Transportation will transport conference attendees for $20/person each way. Reservations must be booked via phone, and Key2Act must be mentioned when booking. Contact Desert Coach Transportation at (602) 286-6161 to reserve your spot!

When will the Registration Desk be open?

The Synergy Registration Desk is staffed from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. The Desk will be closed during Monday’s Opening Session.

What will the weather be like?

Phoenix high temps in April are typically in the mid-80s, with lows in the upper 50s. Conference rooms at any hotel are usually very cool, so we recommend bringing layers, as our special events will be held outside. To check the weather while you’re packing, visit your favorite weather website or app and enter ZIP code 85004.

Can I meet one-on-one with someone from Key2Act?

Yes, we’d love to meet with you! During Synergy, any Key2Act team member is available for a 1:1 meeting. We’ll be sending out an email in early 2019 to let you know how to book a time slot. During the conference, 1:1 meetings can be scheduled at the Registration Desk.

Will I be fed?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily Monday through Wednesday. Dinner will be provided at both of the Monday and Tuesday evening events.

How can I get help with the Synergy mobile app?

Stop by the Registration Desk at any time during the conference and someone will be able to help you with any app questions. The mobile app will be available to download in March.
