Mapping Locations and Routing with MobileTech and Schedule

The Schedule module gives dispatchers insight into service call locations, and with a GPS integration to MobileTech, can easily help find the closest technician and get them routed to the customer location quickly. MobileTech also takes advantage of the geolocation details of the customer location and can route the techs to their work using Google Maps. Reducing technician drive time is a great source of savings for service businesses.

For users already comfortable with Woodford, this session will offer a deeper dive into functionalities provided by this useful tool. You’ll learn about field permissions, how to create new views, and how to use filters, iframes, geocoding and auditing, among other features. We’ll also show you how to use form rules and how to add offline HTML files.
